Email Marketing

Stay in front of your customers with perfectly planned emails! From informative tips, new product promotions, or “genuine” check in’s, let Social Impression help you create a plan to stay at the top of people’s emails, keeping you top of mind.

What is email marketing?

Email marketing is when you set up a series of emails to send to a group of people, and then track the results. It is also one of the most cost-effective things that you can do to stay in front of your customers!

How do we get started?

The first thing we do is set up a call to discuss your goals and we will map out an email frequency schedule that will help you reach those goals. From there, the Social Impression team will put together a content calendar and the first email for you to review.

Why are emails important?

Email marketing helps you stay in front of your customers. But there is a fine line between spamming and being strategic! This is why at Social Impression we recommend that your content calendar and follow up strategy need to be properly planned out in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you send emails?

Email frequency varies by client. We have some that are bi-weekly, monthly and even quarterly!  The email calendar is created based off of your products/services, goals for the year, and target audience!

Do you handle Drip Campaigns?

Yes, we do! Wondering what a drip campaign is? That’s just a fancy word for automatic email follow up. It’s pre designed content that will go out on pre-determined schedule based on what the email recipent does with the first email.

What email software do you recomend?

If you have a current email software we are more then happy to use it. If you do not have an email software or CRM system set up then we will be able to recommend one for you to use. The Social Impression team has created thousands of email blasts over the years in programs varying from Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Hub Spot and more.
